CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will forfeit the non-refundable deposit. Appointments canceled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and incur an additional 30% no-show fee. No-call, no-show clients may be restricted from booking future appointments. Remaining total can be paid in card or EXACT CHANGE. No cash back available in studio. Tap to pay available.
